You commit to supplying genuine, up-to-date, and comprehensive Competition Registration Data. TheSoftware reserves the right to refuse any Competition Registration Data if it deems, at its exclusive discretion, that: (i) you are violating any part of the Agreement; and/or (ii) the provided Competition Registration Data is deficient, fraudulent, a duplicate, or otherwise deemed unsuitable. TheSoftware retains the right to modify the Registration Data requirements at its discretion at any time.
LIMITED USAGE PERMISSION
When you access the Website, you are given a restricted, non-transferable, and revocable license to utilize the Website, Content, and related materials according to the terms of the Agreement. This license may be terminated by the software provider at their discretion. The Website and Content may only be used on a single computer for personal, non-commercial purposes.
